1. Shipping time and scope

We provide efficient services to global users through international express partners (such as DHL, FedEx, etc.):


US domestic orders: standard shipping 3-7 working days, expedited options 1-3 working days (if applicable).


International orders: shipping time 7-15 working days (may be delayed due to customs procedures).

All products are packaged in three layers of protective packaging: shockproof foam + waterproof sealed bag + reinforced carton.


Electric tool products are additionally customized with buffer brackets to avoid transportation collisions.

2. Delivery service commitment

The whole process is traceable: after delivery, the system automatically pushes the DHL/FedEx logistics order number, and supports real-time query on the official website.


Customs clearance assistance: Provide commercial invoice and HS code pre-examination services for international orders to reduce customs clearance delays.


Time guarantee: If the transportation is delayed due to our reasons, you can apply for a $10 freight compensation voucher (except force majeure).

Process:

Quality issues/wrong shipment: We bear the return shipping costs; non-quality issues: customers pay for their own shipping costs.

V. Duties and customs clearance

International orders may incur import taxes and fees, which shall be borne by the customer. It is recommended to check the customs policy of the destination in advance.
