2. Payment security and authentication

3. Order processing and deduction rules

Pre-authorization deduction: When placing an order, the bank may temporarily freeze the order amount and officially deduct the amount after delivery (the freezing period depends on the policy of the issuing bank, usually 3-5 working days).


Order confirmation: After the payment is successful, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, please check the spam box or contact service@pulse-ship.com.


Payment failure processing: If the payment fails twice in a row, the system will suspend the order and it needs to be resubmitted.


4. Sales Tax (Applicable in the United States)

Tax Calculation: According to the tax laws of various states in the United States, the tax amount is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout and is borne by the customer.


Tax-free Qualification: Enterprise purchases can submit a valid tax number (EIN) to apply for tax exemption, and need to contact customer service for review.


5. Refund and Dispute Handling

Refund Time Limit:


Cancellation of undelivered orders: 1-3 working days to return the original route.


Refund for returns: Processed within 5 working days after receiving the return (see return policy for details).


Dispute Resolution: If you have any questions about the deduction, please contact the issuing bank or submit dispute evidence through service@pulse-ship.com, and we will respond within 48 hours.


6. Currency and Exchange Rate

Settlement Currency: The default settlement is in US dollars (USD), and non-US dollar payments are converted according to the real-time exchange rate (the exchange rate is provided by the payment service provider, and there may be a small difference).


Currency Conversion Fee: Some international credit cards may charge a fee of 1%-3%. Please consult the issuing institution for details.


VII. Invoices and Records

Electronic invoices: automatically sent to the registered email address after successful payment. If you need a paper invoice, please contact customer service (specify the order number + mailing address).


Record preservation: All transaction data is retained for 5 years, and historical order vouchers can be applied for through customer service.
