1. Basic principles of return and exchange

30-day worry-free guarantee: Within 30 days after signing for the goods (subject to the logistics receipt record), you can apply for free return and exchange.


Applicable conditions:


The goods must be unused, undamaged, and have complete original packaging and accessories (including instructions, warranty card, etc.).


Power tools must provide complete proof of factory sealing labels (such as undamaged anti-tampering stickers).


Inapplicable situations:


Failure caused by human damage, unauthorized modification or failure to operate according to the instructions.


Clearance/special sale products (the page clearly marks "Final Sale").


Customized products (such as laser engraving services).


2. Return process

Step 1: Submit an application

Contact the customer service email service@pulse-ship.com (with "Return Application + Order Number" in the title) and provide:

✅ Product name and problem description

✅ Photo/video evidence (if quality problems)


We will respond within 24 hours and issue a return authorization code (RMA).

Packing requirements:


Use original packaging or outer boxes with equivalent protection strength, and fill them with shockproof materials.


Mark the outer box with RMA code (failure to mark may cause return delays).


Logistics suggestions:


Users in China: SF Express/EMS is recommended, and the waybill number is retained.


International users: It is recommended to choose a trackable service (such as DHL) and prepay tariffs to avoid rejection on delivery.


Step 3: Refund processing

Acceptance criteria: Complete quality inspection within 3 working days after receiving the return.


Refund method:


Refund by original payment method (credit card/PayPal, etc.), processing time is 3-5 working days (receipt time depends on the bank).


If the original channel is not available, you can negotiate to return it to the designated Alipay/bank account.


Freight:


Quality issues/wrong shipment or missing shipment: We bear the return shipping cost (reimbursed with receipts, up to $25).


Non-quality issues: Customers pay for their own shipping.


III. Exchange process

Application conditions: The product has performance failure or transportation damage, and there is a same model in stock for replacement.


Operation method:


Send the product back according to the return process, and indicate "Exchange request + new product demand" in the email.


After the quality inspection is passed, the new product will be sent out within 48 hours, and the new logistics order number will be notified by email.


International exchange: If you need to exchange to an address in a different country, there may be an additional freight difference.


IV. Disclaimer

Risk warning: If the product is lost or damaged during the return and exchange process, the sender must bear the risk. It is recommended to purchase logistics insurance.


Overdue processing: For return and exchange needs exceeding 30 days, please contact customer service to negotiate a solution (a 20% depreciation fee may be charged).
